Return items from Europe

As a client

1. Log in to calliste.lu and go to 'Order history'
2. Select the correct order and click on 'Return Item'
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Validate your request
5. You will recieve a return label per E-Mail from us within 2 work days
6. Your package is now ready to be sent back to Luxembourg! You can simply drop off the parcel at a DPD pick-up shop

As a guest

1. Go to 'Order Status'.
2. Click on 'Return Item'
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Validate your request
5. You will get a return label per E-Mail from us within 2 work days
6. Your package is now ready to be sent back to Luxembourg! You can simply drop off the parcel at a DPD pick-up shop

Return items from Luxembourg

As a Client

5. Use your return label included inside the parcel
6. Your package is now ready to be sent! You can simply drop off the parcel at a Post sales outlet

Return items in store

In addition to the return via DPD/Post you can also return your purchase in one of our stores located in Luxembourg.
When returning items in stores the refund will be made using the payment method you selected when placing your order. You will not receive a refund at the checkout.

When will my return be credited?

As soon as we have received the return and checked it, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt.
The invoice amount will then be credited within 14 days. The refund will be made using the payment method you selected when placing your order. All return items must be presented in their original condition. The labels must be attached to the item(s). All online returns must be registered within 14 days after receiving them.
